This project is one of five professional development training programs designed exclusively for BCDI 2030 Scholars. Developed and delivered by Canadian higher education institutions, this innovative training series supports Scholars in planning their next steps, building on their experience in Canada and strengthening their long-term career paths.
Fanshawe College, in partnership with Collège Boréal, deliver interactive training sessions to help Scholars prepare for their return home following their time studying in Canada. Through practical exercises and guided reflection, Scholars will develop an individualized Back-Home Plan that helps them navigate their next steps with confidence.
