Deepen self-awareness to initiate change: Employability training for BCDI 2030 Scholars

Canadian Post-Secondary InstitutionUniversité de Montréal

This project is one of five professional development training programs designed exclusively for BCDI 2030 Scholars. Developed and delivered by Canadian higher education institutions, this innovative training series supports Scholars in planning their next steps, building on their experience in Canada and strengthening their long-term career paths.

Knowing oneself is an important part of building a successful career and a meaningful life. Understanding strengths, values, beliefs and areas for growth can help set achievable goals and make decisions that make achieving them easier.

The Université de Montréal’s training series allows BCDI 2030 Scholars to explore key concepts of self-knowledge through a mix of theory, personal reflection exercises and group discussions.
