This custom training program responds to Kenya’s industry and community needs. Throughout the program, 24 scholars from Kenya will develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills that will give them a competitive advantage in the Kenyan labour market. Four Business and Leadership courses form the foundation of the program. In addition, scholars will have access to unique industry experiences that complement the courses. The Resilient Leadership Development program also includes customized wraparound supports, individual study plans and a mentorship program. All in an effort to promote inclusiveness and equitable access to education and training while responding to Kenya’s national and regional social and economic needs.
