This project supports doctoral cotutelles in cognitive computing and offers research internships in artificial intelligence, governance and the green economy at graduate and post-graduate level — emerging fields that align with the needs of the Tunisian job market.

By placing BCDI 2030 Scholars at the Université de Sfax at the centre of their own development, the project fosters their empowerment, agency and leadership. Particular attention is paid to a gender-sensitive approach. Participants benefit from inspiring workshops and mentoring, particularly by women leaders, as well as support aimed at maximizing the benefits of their stay.

Career coaching sessions focusing on the Tunisian context are also offered.
