The BCDI 2030 program is pleased to offer a series of five professional development workshops designed exclusively for BCDI 2030 Scholars. This training supports Scholars in planning their next steps, building on their experience in Canada and strengthening their long-term career paths.

The workshop series focuses on:

• Developing and implementing a “Back-Home” plan

• Self-awareness and personal agency

• Leadership and women’s leadership

• Employability skills development

• Entrepreneurship and women’s entrepreneurship

Whether you have already completed your study stay, are currently in Canada, or have yet to arrive, these workshops are open to all BCDI 2030 Scholars. Full details, including schedules and registration, will be available through the BCDI 2030 Scholars’ ConnecT app.
